Gary Marcantoni
Associate Pastor - Men's Leader
Gary was baptized in Jesus’ name and received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost in early 1977. Since then, he has worked in various ministerial capacities. Early on in the ministry, Gary was involved in co-ministering at a local nursing home in the Arlington/Falls Church, Virginia area, and has taught Junior, Junior High, and Senior High Sunday School classes. As a minister licensed since 1982 with the United
Pentecostal Church International, he continued as Assistant Pastor under Bishop James M. Kelley at Arlington UPC, preaching and teaching in that church, as well as ministering as Youth Director (1978-1989), leading a College & Career group of young adults (1989-1990), and serving as Virginia District Youth Secretary. In addition to reaching out in personal witness and Bible studies, Gary was part of the
Arlington UPC choir and orchestra.
In 1990, Gary and his wife Teresa answered a call from the Lord to help out a young church in Leesburg, Virginia under the pastorate of William Bailey at Leesburg Apostolic (now The Original Pentecostals under Pastor Raymond Windsor). Since mid-1990, he has served as Sunday School Director (1990-2006), Assistant Pastor, and board member, as well as having ministered as a Section 3 Sunday School Representative under the Virginia District Sunday School Department during part of that era.
Today, Gary continues to assist Pastor Windsor at TOP and serve as part of TOP’s ministerial team, serving on the church board, and ministering as Men’s Ministry Director. Gary loves Christian music and worship, playing saxophone as a musician with the TOP Praise Team. Additionally, Gary currently serves the Virginia District as Global Missions Secretary. Over the years, many souls have been reached for the
kingdom of God as Gary continues to reach for souls, and teach and preach the Word of God.
